Craft Your Own Sacred Rattle!

A rattle is more than just an instrument—it is a sacred tool for healing, ceremony, and personal empowerment. In this hands-on workshop, you'll experience a guided journey to help you connect with your rattle's sound, purpose and how it wishes to be adorned as well as used. You’ll create your own authentic shamanic rattle using natural materials such as elk or bear rawhide and hand-selected handles. Whether you use your rattle for meditation, journeying, or personal ritual, this experience will connect you to the ancient tradition of sacred sound.

All supplies provided! Rattle heads, sticks, feathers, stones, crystals, leather, beads, paint, sticks and more! If you have something you would like to include on your rattle you're welcome to bring it. Want to make two? Additional rattles may be ordered. You'll have your choice between 3 sizes and either elk or bear. The light color skin is elk, and the bear is the darker color.

Creating the Sacred Prayer Stick

Enhance your experience creating an optional Prayer Stick! After making your rattle, stay for an additional hour to create a a personalized prayer stick, a sacred tool used for setting intentions, blessings, and connecting with spirit. This add-on includes a guided journey to help you infuse your prayer stick with meaning and purpose. All materials are provided, and no prior experience is needed. Just bring your creativity and an open heart! ($25 additional fee, extends the workshop by approximately one hour or however long you need to finish your project.)
